The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a lovely area, near the island, Lake Trasimeno, and the lake. Greatly enjoyed our room, it was spacious with a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV set. We had garden view. Central location was a plus. Tried some nice meals at Yo, located minutes away from the property.

I could swim in the pool, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The view from the balcony was lovely. Free WiFi and shared laundry were a nice touch.

Amazing value for money! The two-bedroom villa we booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom villa, and the owner didn't hesitate to help us with anything we needed. The location is perfect and easily accessible to top tourist destinations. The pool and BBQ facilities were delightful to use on a sunny day and we loved the well-maintained surroundings.

The apartment could use an update, especially the living room furniture as it seemed a bit worn out. It would also be great if there was a dishwasher to make life easier for larger groups.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional - I booked a two-bedroom villa and was pleasantly surprised to be given a three-bedroom one! The owner was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even bringing over a toaster late at night and assisting us with the washing machine. Secondly, the location was fantastic - not far from the lake and close to the highway, making it easy to explore the beautiful area of Italy. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had a big dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together as a family. this hotel provided an excellent experience at a great price.

All was perfectly fine during my stay at this hotel.

The house had good heating and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances, which helped us have a nice new year's eve dinner. the location was also ideal, close to a lake that had plenty of activities to do during the day. the host was very attentive and friendly, always providing us with useful information.

The place was not thoroughly cleaned and there was dust everywhere. the fireplace was not working, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to have a cozy evening by the fire.

This charming retreat boasts an ideal location just off the highway, making it easy to explore the stunning surrounding area. the sparkling blue lake is just a short distance away, offering plenty of water activities for families. the well-appointed rooms offer comfortable bedding, modern bathrooms, and excellent service. the inviting pool and BBQ area provide a perfect place for relaxation after a fun-filled day of adventure.

Some guests failed to follow the rules around pool etiquette, including noisy activity after 10 pm and bringing their dog inside the pool area.

Il Porto exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The spacious apartments were clean and well-equipped, and the beautiful gardens with olive trees and grape vines created a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the cultural attractions of the area, and the owner, Andrea, was friendly and went out of his way to help us.

The only thing that could have made our stay even better was if there were more breakfast options available.
